Refund Policy
How refunds work for the ₹100 one-time lifetime access payment — written plainly, no fine-print tricks.
Quick summary: full refund if something went wrong with the payment itself (double charge, deducted but access not unlocked). Once your account is successfully unlocked and you've used the platform, the ₹100 is non-refundable — it's a one-time payment for permanent access, not a subscription.

What you're paying for
The ₹100 is a single, one-time payment for lifetime access to CrackAnalytics — question banks, the resource hub, quizzes, flashcards, adaptive practice, and every feature behind the account paywall. There's no recurring charge, no renewal, and no expiry.

When you ARE eligible for a refund
- Money was deducted from your account/card but your CrackAnalytics account was never unlocked (a failed or stuck transaction on Razorpay's or your bank's end)
- You were charged more than once for the same account (duplicate payment)
- You were charged but never received access due to a technical error on our end
In all of these cases, we refund the full ₹100 — no questions asked.

When a refund is NOT provided
- You changed your mind after successfully getting access
- You didn't find a specific question bank or feature useful
- You forgot you already had an account and signed up again (contact us instead — we'll merge/fix it, no need to pay twice)
Because access is instant and digital — there's nothing to "return" — payments are treated as final once your account is successfully unlocked, in line with standard practice for instant-delivery digital products.

How to request a refund
Email us with your registered email/phone number and the Razorpay payment ID (visible in your payment confirmation SMS/email) within 7 days of the transaction:

Refund timeline
Day 0–1We review your request and verify the payment with Razorpay.
Day 2–3If approved, we initiate the refund from our Razorpay account.
Day 5–7Amount reflects back in your original payment method (bank/UPI/card timelines vary — this last leg is controlled by your bank, not us).

Payment methods
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — that data lives entirely with Razorpay and your payment provider.
